Ya-Lun Tao is pioneer in new media arts in Taiwan, serving as a full-time faculty member at College Arts of National Tsing Hua University. 

His artworks have been also collected by several museums and private institution. 

Ya-Lun Tao is a visual artist who explores human existence in the era of technology through works that integrate imaginery, sound, light and shadows as well as machinery.

His installation often provoke philosophical enquires and exploration of consciousness.
