Nikita FREEBOID

Nikita is a media artist from Kharkiv (Ukraine). 

He mainly works with XR, AV and generative art. Managing VR art festivals, developing art communities (XR Art Ukraine and CryptoArt Ukraine), building virtual galleries in the metaverse. Virtual Experience Metacouncil was presented at Ars Electronica 2020 (In Kepler’s Gardens). Teaches XR art at Karazin University in Kharkiv, leads and participates in electronic music and visual art audiovisual jam sessions, curates online exhibitions. 

As an artist, he focuses on themes such as ecological issues, mental health and speculative futures. Passion for the intersection of art, social projects, technologies and future research.
